Make your own fajitas at home with this great marinade. Put a flank steak in the marinade for at least an hour, or overnight. Flank is a tough piece of meat so it must be cut in 1 inch pieces across the grain to cut through the membranes and make it tender.
Fajita Marinade 1 c. water 1 c. lime juice 2 t. Tabasco 1/2 t. dried oregano 2 T. cilantro 2 cloves garlic, peeled and pressed 1 t. ground cumin
After marinating, grill flank steak and serve on tortillas with sauteed onions and peppers.
