Beef with Mushroom Soup

An easy main dish. Add a green salad and you're all set!

Beef with Mushroom Soup

2 pounds round steak, cut in strips
1/2 c. flour
2 - 3 T. olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 onion
1 1/2 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt
pepper

Roll meat in flour. Brown meat, onions and garlic in skillet with oil. Remove meat from pan and add water, soup and salt and pepper. Stir well; return meat to pan. Cook 2 - 3 hours in 275 degree oven. Serve over rice.
