This soup is high in antioxidants which will help burn body fat. It is much better than the cabbage soup that was so popular a few years ago.
Fat Burning Soup
1 T. extra virgin olive oil 1 onion, finely chopped 2 sweet potatoes, with skin, diced into 1/4" cubes 2 cans black beans or kidney beans 1/3 t. dried oregano vegetable or chicken broth to cover vegetables salt and pepper to taste 4 c. chopped kale 1 c. roasted chicken pieces
Saute onion in oil. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil for 15 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
Serve with diced red bell pepper and Parmesan cheese.
