Crock Pot Lima Bean Soup

This is a very easy soup to make. Soak the dry beans overnight. Rinse in the morning before putting in crock pot.

Crock Pot Lima Bean Soup

1 1/2 c. dry baby lima beans
14 oz. can tomatoes
1 t. Worcestershire
salt and pepper
few shakes of Tabasco, optional

Put all in crock pot and add enough water to cover about 2 inches above ingredients. Cook about 9 hours, until beans are done. Garnish with parsley.
