This is an unusual way to make cherry cobbler. Made with reduced sugar cherry pie filling, it is a healthier choice than the full sugar pie filling.
Crock Pot Cherry Cobbler
1 16 oz. can light cherry pie filling 1 package white cake mix for one layer 1 egg 3 T. evaporated milk 1/2 t. cinnamon 1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional
Put the pie filling in a lightly buttered crock pot for 30 minutes on high. Mix together the rest of the ingredients and spoon onto hot filling. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours.
