Reduced Fat Macaroni and Cheese

You will feel better about eating this family favorite. It is only 412 calories per serving instead of the usual 573. This makes 4 servings.

Macaroni and Cheese
Cook 8 ouces of macaroni and drain.
Heat to simmer: 1 1/4 cups fat free half and half.
Add to half and half:
8 ounces shredded fat free cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire
salt and pepper
Whisk until smooth over low heat. Add pasta. Transfer to baking dish. Sprinkle with additional cheddar and broil until melted, 1 or 2 minutes.
