This is a healthy touch of sweetness to end a meal. Makes 4 servings. 52 calories per serving.
Swrawberry Swirl
Puree in blender:
4 cups strawberries 2 T. apple juice
Chill for 3 hours. Pour into 3 serving dishes.
Top with 2 T. plain yogurt and swril into strawberries with a fork.
