Healthy Snack

Mix together

raw almond butter or raw pecan butter
cinnamon
maple syrup
rice bran

There are no measurements here so you can adjust the quantities to your liking. Just mix it well and store in refrigerator. Eat 2 spoonsful to satisfy a late night snack craving.
