Fresh Cranberry Sauce

Cranberry sauce made with fresh ingredients and no added sugar is a healthy alternative to commercially prepared sauce.

Fresh Cranberry Sauce

2 c. fresh cranberries
1 orange
1 apple
1 c. dates, soaked for 2 hours in enough water to cover

Pour water off dates and process all in blender. A little water may be added if it's too dry.

At 2 t. lime juice and blend.

This can be made the day before.
