Chicken Caccitore

A very easy dish to prepare. Serve with green beans and a salad for a healthy meal. Serves 4

Chicken Caccitore
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 green pepper
1/2 an onion
14 ounce jar spaghetti sauce
1 cup mozzarella

Cook chicken in nonstick skillet with a small amount of olive oil. Add pepper and onion and cook another 5 minutes. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 5 minutes. Serve topped with mozzarella.
