Salad to go

If you need to take your lunch to the office, this is for you. It can be put together the night before so it's ready to go in the morning.

Salad to go

In a container that can be sealed tightly, layer in the order given:

2 T. Greek Vinaigrette Dressing
1 c. lettuce
tomatoes
cucumber
onion
3 oz. tuna, drained and flaked
3 T. Feta cheese
1 T. black olives, diced

Cover the container and refrigerate until you are ready to go. At lunchtime, shake the container to distribute the dressing.
