Ground Beef Casserole

This is a very easy, nutritious casserole that even children will love. It uses very lean ground beef and makes 6 servings.

Ground Beef Casserole

1 1/2 pounds ground sirloin
1 chopped onion
2 c. canned crushed tomatoes
1 c. frozen peas
1 c. diced potatoes
salt and pepper

Brown the ground beef with the onion. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 25 minutes. If it gets too thick, add a little water.

Serve over rice.
