Crock Pot Tex Mex Chicken

This is so good the children will eat it! The recipe is for 4 servings and each serving is 345 calories and 3.5 gr. of fat.

Crock Pot Tex Mex Chicken

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut in strips
2 T. taco seasoning
2 T. flour
1 green pepper, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1 c. frozen corn
1 1/2 c. salsa
1 c. cheddar cheese

Toss chicken with flour and seasonings. Put everything in crock pot and cook for 6 - 8 hours. Serve on a bed of rice with more cheese sprinkled on top.
