Grilled Tomatoes

We don't think about grilling tomatoes when we have an outdoor barbeque, but this one is worth a try. It is delicious and healthful.

Grilled Tomatoes

1 tomato for each person
Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing
Parmesan cheese

Cut tomatoes in half and place in dish that can be used on the barbeque pit. Drizzle each half with dressing and sprinkle with the cheese. Grill for about 15 minutes.
