Red, White and Blue Dessert

This dessert is so easy and fun to make, the children will love to help. It is only 192 calories per serving with 8 grams of fat. Enjoy!

Red, White and Blue Dessert

Store bought graham cracker crust
1 block soft tofu
1/2 c. vanilla soy milk
1 package vanilla instant pudding
strawberries
raspberries
blueberries

Put the tofu, milk and pudding mix in a blender. Blend well and pour into crust. Chill until firm. Decorate the top with the berries.
