This is a great summertime favorite and so easy to do! Makes 8 to 10 servings.
Easy Burritos
Place 1 boneless beef chuck shoulder roast in crock pot - about 2 or 3 pounds. Top with 1 jar (24 ounces) salsa. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours. Remove meat from crock pot and shred with 2 forks. Return to crock pot and mix with cooking juices. Cover and cook 1 to 2 hours longer.
Serve shredded beef wrapped in warm tortillas. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced onions or guacamole.
