This is an easy meal to put together after a busy day. Fat free sour cream keeps this a low calorie meal.
Chili and Cheese Baked Potato Supper
Serves 4
Prick 4 russet potatoes, wrap them in aluminum foil and place in a crock pot. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
Unwrap potatoes carefully and put on serving dish. Warm a can of chili. Cut potatoes lenghwise and top with warmed chili. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, fat free sour cream and sliced green onions.
