Breakfast Smoothie

This is a healthy way to start the day. Toss everything in the blender and drink it on the way to work! The frozen fruit makes it thick like a milkshake.

Breakfast Smoothie

1/2 c. frozen peaches
1/2 c. frozen strawberries
2/3 c. fat free soymilk
1/4 c. fat free yogurt
1 T. lime juice
1 1/2 t. honey

Blend until smooth.
