Garlic Mashed Potatoes

This is a better way to enjoy mashed potatoes without the fat.
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Cook 1 pound potatoes, covered, until tender. Drain and recover.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, cook 2 garlic cloves, slivered, in 2 cups 1% milk. Cook over very low heat for about 30 minutes.
Add milk/garlic mixture to potatoes and beat with an electric beater. Add salt and pepper.
