This is a new twist on three bean salads. It's easy to make and a very healthy side dish.
Three Bean Salad
Mix together dressing: 1/2 c. vinegar 3 T. olive oil 2 t. brown sugar salt and pepper
Pour over rinsed and drained beans in serving bowl: 1 can garbanzo beans 1 can white beans 1 can baby lima beans 1 chopped carrot 1/3 cup fresh parsley or cilantro (optional)
