Crock Pot Potato Wedges

This is an easy side dish that takes a few minutes to put together. The crock pot does the rest! Scrub the potatoes but leave the skin on.

Crock Pot Potato Wedges

2 pounds red potatoes cut in wedges
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 t. dried oregano
1/2 t. salt
1/4/ t. pepper
1 T. butter
Parmesan cheese

Layer potatoes, onions, oregano, salt, pepper and butter in crock pot. Cover. Cook on high 4 hours. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with cheese.
