Breakfast Parfait

This is a very easy breakfast to put together and it's also heart healthy. It is low in sodium, cholesterol, fat, carbs and calories.
Breakfast Parfait
Layer in a parfait glass or just use a bowl:
1/2 cup of cottage cheese 1/4 cup of nonfat plain yogurt 1 cup pineapple chunks or peaches
Top with 2 t. wheat germ
Calories - 248 Carbs - 359 Fat - 2 g. Cholesterol - 7 mg. Sodium - 24 mg.
