It may be time for a light, nourishing breakfast after Thanksgiving last week!

Fruit Smoothie
1/2 ripe banana
1/2 cup berries
1/2 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 t. honey
1 ice cube

Blend until smooth.
