Crock Pot Veggie Spaghetti

Here is an easy way to include vegetables into your diet. The spaghetti sauce cooks all day while you are away and all you have to do is cook the spaghetti before serving.

Crock Pot Veggie Spaghetti

1 green pepper
1 zucchini
1 onion
8 ounces mushrooms
2/3 c. Parmaesan
1/4 c. olives
1 t. oregano
1 t. garlic salt
1 jar spaghetti sauce
16 ounce spinach noodles

Chop all veggies and put everything except the noodles in a crock pot. Cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours. Cook noodles separately and pour the sauce over the noodles.
