6 cups frozen hash brown potatoes (20 ounces) 1 can green beans, drained and rinsed 1/4 cup onion 1 t. dry parsley 1 can cream of celery soup (or cream of mushroom) 1 can (14 ounces) stewed tomatoes, undrained
