This is an unusual dish that is quick and easy to put together in the morning.

Scalloped Potato-Tomato Pot

Put in crock pot:

6 cups frozen hash brown potatoes (20 ounces)
1 can green beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup onion
1 t. dry parsley
1 can cream of celery soup (or cream of mushroom)
1 can (14 ounces) stewed tomatoes, undrained

Mix well. Cook on Low 6 to 8 hours.
