This is a heart healthy salad. It will help nourish the heart and blood vessels. Beans are rich in folate, protein, fiber, magnesium, phosphorate and iron. Salmon contains vitamin D, vitamin B12, protein and omega-3 fatty acids.
White Bean and Salmon Salad
2 cans white beans, drained and rinsed 1 can salmon 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced fresh parsley 2 t. lemon juice 3 T. olive oil sea salt
Mix together the beans, salmon, onion and parsley. Mix lemon juice and oil and pour over salad. Sprinkle with salt.
