Muscle Salad

This salad will help eliminate unwanted cravings. Your body will receive all the nutrition it needs to maintain optimal hormonal balance. Every gram of fat is healthy fat. This is a hunger satisfying meal so you eat less the remainder of the day. It is a great mix of healthy fats, good fibrous carbs, quality protein, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and other trace nutrients.

Muscle Salad

1 c. spinach
1 c. mixed salad greens
shredded carrots
1/2 an avocado
1 hardboiled egg
3 T. chopped pecans
1/4 c. dried cranberries

Serve with balsamic viniagarette dressing
