    The Freedom Spring System is patented and was designed for use in high-end fitness clubs. The Freedom Spring System offers the benefits of bouncing as well as upper body resistance training. The Freedom Spring System has an overhead resistance system that gives a total body workout. The Freedom Spring System also provides a soft bounce rather than a hard, jarring bounce, and the springs are designed to resist breakage.

    Is my satisfaction guaranteed?
    Yes. Give the Freedom Spring System an honest workout for 60 days. Start Bouncercising, try the workout routines, and ask questions. After 60 days, if you sincerely believe that you do not feel better and you have not benefited from using the Freedom Spring System, you may return it, in good condition, and we will refund your purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee and shipping and handling. The user must also be within the Bouncerciser’s weight limit for the warranty to be in effect.

    Is there a weight limit for the Bouncercisor?
    The standard nonfolding Bouncerciser has a weight limit of 300 pounds. The folding Bouncerciser has a weight limit of 250 pounds.

    How long should my workout be and how should I start?
    How long you work out depends on your current level of fitness and your fitness goals. The Freedom Spring System comes with an instruction manual. Five minutes on the Bouncerciser is recommended to start with. Gradually increase your workout as you gain strength. You will want the toxins in your body to be removed slowly.
