Bouncercise for Health

A new twist on an old idea is the Bouncerciser. Stabilizing straps are attached to a door frame to allow the user to exercise the upper body while also bouncing on a well-built rebounder. This exercises the entire body. Gentle bouncing is very beneficial to the body and does not create a "jarring" sensation since the feet do not leave the mat. This is excellent for elderly and overweight users.



Bouncing also helps relieve the body of built-up toxins.  Ridding the body of damaging toxins increases energy levels and an overall feeling of good health.
